THE EXPERIENCE

The Studio offers group contrast therapy sessions (sauna + cold plunge). We want to foster community and offer a space where you can follow your own intuition when using the facilities. Check our schedule -- we add events regularly!

Our memberships are flexible and you can purchase drop-in visits to join us for open gym in hour increments. We recommend booking ahead of time so you know there’s space!

HOW TO PREPARE:

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink water before your session -- remember, you are essentially a house plant that needs water and sunlight to survive. We sell bottled water and LMNT electrolytes for during or after your session.

Let our staff know if you have any medical concerns and we recommend you consult with your physician if you have medical issues or are on medication. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting with your physician. If you have open wounds, we ask that you postpone your sauna session.

Come with an open mind and open heart. The benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy go beyond just the physical body.

  • What do I wear to the studio?

Come in comfortable clothing – you can wear gym clothes, bathing suits, or loose-fitting attire. Since this a co-ed, community space we do require clothing.

  • What do the guided sessions look like?

We start with 15 minutes in the sauna and then make our way to the cold plunge tubs for about a 4 min plunge. We repeat this process two more times to give you the ultimate contrast therapy session. We may meditate as a group, do breathwork, or go around the sauna discussing a topic. We can do hard things together!

  • What can I do during open studio times?

You have an hour to use the sauna and cold plunges at your leisure. Hit the sauna and skip the cold plunge, or come in for a quick recovery session in the cold plunge tubs. Get a stretch on in the sauna if room allows – its your time!

  • Do you provide a towel?

We provide a small towel to sit on in the sauna. Towel rentals are $2 and unlimited members get towels included in their membership!

  • How hot will it get?

Research shows that benefits of the sauna occur optimally at 172 degrees Fahrenheit. It can get hotter or cooler depending on traffic and use.

  • How cold do the cold plunges get?

Our chillers can get the water between 42-58 degrees.

  • How long is the membership commitment?

No commitment! It’s month to month so cancel before your next payment and you are off the hook! (Though we don’t know why you would 😉)

  • Are you by appointment only?

You can walk-in during open sauna but if we are at capacity there may be a wait. We highly recommend you check in online or through the app.

  • How often can I sweat?

Come in every day! We love seeing your sweaty, shining faces!
