THE STUDIO

The Studio offers guided group contrast therapy sessions (sauna + cold plunge) and we also offer open studio times so you can utilize the sauna and cold plunges to your preference. We want to foster community and offer a space where you can follow your own intuition when using the facilities. 


Our memberships are flexible so you can use your class passes to take a guided session or join us for open gym in hour increments. We recommend booking ahead of time so you know there’s space!
