The Studio offers hour long contrast therapy sessions (sauna + cold plunge) in the form of open studio times so you can utilize the sauna and cold plunges to your preference. We want to foster community and offer a space where you can follow your own intuition when using the facilities.
Our memberships are flexible or purchase drop-in visits to join us for open gym in one-hour increments. We recommend booking ahead of time so you know there’s space!
